CINEO MEDIA is a film production and distribution company based in Belgium, the capital of Europe.

The production department has many years of experience in the film industry. Our core film production is focused on the international coproduction. We integrate teams from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Working together with harmonious understanding guarantees high quality and innovative movies.

We develop, produce and finance feature film, documentary, animation and television projects, crossing all budgets and genres.

 

We provide full production service from planning, location, shooting equipment, special shooting teams, post-production and special effects production in Belgium and Europe.

 

We attach great importance to international cultural exchanges. In particular, we cooperate with Chinese filmmakers actively and aim to establish a intercultural bridge that leads to both better market understanding and efficient communication.

In 2014, the Chinese and Belgian governments formally signed an official agreement for film co-production. Seizing such a good opportunity, CINEO produced the first Chinese/Belgian co-production film "Easy". It was a real cooperation both in artistic creation and investment financing through joint ventures. Moreover, CINEO has obtained TaxShelter subsidies from the Belgian Ministry of Finance. This year, we have launched a film jointly financed by “China, Swiss and Belgium”.

 

We actively collaborate with Chinese filmmakers to internationally promote and distribute outstanding Chinese films, mainly in Europe. In order to promote the cultural exchange activities between Europe and China, we are building a communication platform for the Chinese and European audiovisual cooperation.
